To assist yourself in self-diagnosis, PaillSpectrum symptoms are  sweatiness, sweaty hands, loss of balance, dizziness, spins, tiredness, fatigue, lethargy, malaise, weakness, loss of energy, chronic fatigue, constantly tired, tired all the time.

Night sweats and sore tendons like golfers elbow, golfers’ elbow, tennis elbow are common. Chest wall pains that are short duration and sharp, are a common symptom as are fibromyagia type pains.

PaillSpectrum affects nerves. It is a bacterial organism. Diseases which PaillSpectrum assists to develop include dyslexic, anorexia, loss of appetite, unusual depression, sad and tired all the time, abnormal behaviour, behavior, road rage, schizophrenia and frontal lobe syndrome.

The site specifies treatments, nutrition, nutritional therapies, uses of vitamins, zinc and wheat free diets or celiac disease diets, exposure to sunshine, warmth and heat in modifying disease.

See your doctor do the blood test and be assessed and get the treatment.

What Conditions does Paill Spectrum Cause?·

Marriages break-up,
Domestic Violence occurs and many people get hurt in many different ways.
Patients with the “Rage” will often have poor memory, attacks of jitters and panics, impulsive behaviour, and will display poor judgement.·

Many Paill Spectrum victims describe behaviours that are a substantial departure from their normal behaviour.  Not everyone becomes violent, but behaviour does change.  Behaviour changes noticeably and consistently. Some people have strange thoughts.Dr. Andrew Pluta has identified a new clinical disease caused by an infectious organism.  The clinical syndrome caused by this organism is called Paill Spectrum.A simple blood test will confirm the presence of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome.  The conditions will respond to treatment with intensive nutrition and antibiotics

A New Medical Disease has been identified.
The Disease is called
Paill Spectrum.  (PaillSpectrum).

  • Paill Spectrum changes people’s behaviour.
  • Paill Spectrum affects families.
  • Paill Spectrum will often cause anger, irritability, violent behaviour, and relationship problems.  “Road Rage” has a medical explanation.

The PaillSpectrum Syndrome
The basic symptoms are:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Loss of Balance
  • Sweaty Palms
  • Chest and Elbow Pain, (often described as tennis elbow or golfers elbow).

See the Web Site at http://www.quizdoc.com for further details about the Syndrome.  PaillSpectrum appears clinically to be a very common organism.

Release (2) on the new disease Paill Spectrum.

New Disease: PaillSpectrum Affects Behaviour
Dr. Andrew Pluta has identified a new clinical disease called Paill Spectrum.

Dr. Pluta has identified the symptoms and signs in dozens of patients over three years.  The symptoms are often present for many years, before people seek medical help. Many patients are unaware that their Paill Spectrum illness may be disguised as another complaint.

Typical situations with Paill Spectrum affected behaviour include:

  • The Arguing Teenager:
Many teenage Paill Spectrum patients are very angry, irritable, and argumentative.  If this is normal behaviour, why does it disappear with the Paill Spectrum therapy program in many cases?
  •  Arguments with Wife/ Husband/ Partner
Many families bicker and fight.  Who is to blame?  A blood test for Paill Spectrum will reliably predict who needs treatment and whose behaviour will improve.  Many disgruntled divorcees often say that their partner is “mad”.  Is there a truth behind this statement?
  •  Where people say, "I've never done anything like that before,” in terms of yelling, swearing, or hitting someone.
    Some
Paill Spectrum victims perform incredible acts of senseless violence.  Often the police are called.  Surprisingly, the Paill Spectrum treatment improves the behaviour, the criminal activity, and the violence. People usually describe the behaviour, as "It’s just not like me.”  I have never done anything like that before.  I don't know why on earth I did that.”  They may also say, "I can see myself do it, but I can't stop myself.”  “Road Rage” has a medical explanation.  “Road Rage” perpetrators similar to many Paill Spectrum victims, describe behaviours that are a substantial departure from their normal behaviour.

Not everyone becomes violent, but behaviour does change.  Behaviour changes noticeably and consistently.  Marriage and relationship break-ups may have a medical aspect.

What do all these people have in common? The answer is anger, irritability and aggression. In the extreme case, it could be described as being like “Road Rage”. But in more mundane day-to-day presentations, descriptions like “Register Rage”, “Trolley Rage” or just “Bad Behaviour” come more readily to mind.

Changes in human behaviour, are due to changes in the structure and function of the brain.  The Paill Spectrum “Cause” leads to the observed behavioural “Effect”.  Many of the behaviours or symptoms are thought of as “normal” by their victims, until they disappear with treatment.  A simple blood test will confirm the presence of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome.

The symptoms are easily recognised, able to be confirmed by a simple blood test and readily respond to intensive therapy with both nutritional and antibiotic regimens.

See the Cases on the Web Site at http://www.quizdoc.com  There are different presentations of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome in different age groups.  A sample of typical Paill Spectrum cases is available for viewing on the “Quizdoc” Web Site, but more detail is available on the CD.  In every case, there are symptoms of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome present.

New Disease Paill Spectrum Found in

Many Common Medical Conditions

Some of the conditions where it is suspected the Paill Spectrum organism is present include:

  • Chronic fatigue,
  • Fibromyalgia, see case at http://www.quizdoc.com  (Case 1.3)
  • Episodes of anger, irritability, aggression, and possible violence
    (
    Road Rage Behaviour)
  • Chest Wall pains often diagnosed in hospital outpatients as “not” being due to a heart attack.
  • Dyslexic Language Problems

(More detail is available on the CD about the clinical effects of Paill Spectrum).  See http://www.quizdoc.com for more details.

The Paill Spectrum organism left untreated can cause immense suffering and disability that people do not have to live with.  A simple blood test will diagnose the condition and can be used to monitor response to treatment

Paill Spectrum is a very very slow infection and many of the problems that it causes take many years to become obvious.  Many of the symptoms are often not even recognised as being signs of illness, because they arise so gradually.

.

.

The Basic Symptoms of the Syndrome include:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Loss of Balance
  • Sweaty Palms
  • Chest and Elbow Pain, (often described as tennis or golfers elbow).

There are many more symptoms that appear in patients with the syndrome, but these are the most basic and consistent symptoms, across many patients.  The symptoms and medical findings form a new clinical syndrome that Dr Pluta has named
Paill Spectrum.

 A New “Clinical” Syndrome
Dr. Pluta has identified the symptoms and signs in dozens of patients over three years.

The symptoms are easily recognised, able to be confirmed by a simple blood test and readily respond to intensive therapy: both nutritional and with antibiotics.

Do I Need to Worry About This Disease?
Paill Spectrum appears to be a very common condition across all age groups and is probably widespread across the world.  It affects men and women equally and in large numbers.  It is a common syndrome with common symptoms and common complications.

Release 4 on the new disease

Paill Spectrum.
New Disease Discovery:
Paill Spectrum Syndrome

Paill Spectrum symptoms are often wrongly identified as being normal or just “age”.

You are likely to develop some unusual changes in your life over the next few years

  • If you are always tired,
  • If you sleep more than seven and a half hours a night,
  • If you need a nap during the day,
  • If you find you need to sleep in a lot on the weekend, to catch up on your sleep;

Typical problems include worsening tiredness, increasing pain, increasing discomfort with exercise, and increased need for pain killers to get through the day. The pains flare after exercise or activity and  settle poorly with most medical treatments.

There will likely be changes in your life over time:

  • If you cannot stand up straight with your eyes closed, without swaying.
  • If you have mild attacks of dizziness (unsteadiness), that come and go.

    These symptoms are never normal.

There will be a very predictable range of problems developing in your life:

  • If you are embarrassed by how wet and sweaty your hands are.

Sweaty hands are not normal.  Many people have this symptom for many years, but the most probable cause of this symptom is illness.
Paill Spectrum is by far the most common cause of this symptom.  There are many treatments, but all of these treatments address the symptom, not the cause.

Your long-term life and long-term work outlook is not very good:

  • If you have pains in your elbows like golfer’s elbows or tennis elbows
  • If your chest is sore when it is pressed in the middle
  • If you experience stabbing lightning like pains in the chest or body.
  • The most likely medical management of the chest symptoms is an ECG plus heart blood tests.
Final Diagnosis usually: “It’s not your heart.”
    So, what is it?
Paill Spectrum will often be the answer.

Many Paill Spectrum patients develop brief attacks of jitters and panics and can briefly feel strange sensations in parts of their body. They may describe increasing relationship or work problems due to their snappiness and worsening memory. These changes in behaviour are often noticeable to people around the patient.

..

.

Paill Spectrum and Behaviour

The most serious effects of the Paill Spectrum organism relate to its behavioural effects.

  • The “arguing” teenager may not just be a problem of growing up.
  • Domestic Violence and domestic fights may not be simply due to the bad behaviour or poor coping skills of the people involved.
  • People who exhibit unusual and harmful judgement in terms of gambling, adultery, theft, criminal acts may have an underlying treatable reason for their behaviour.

Paill Spectrum causes patients to have excessive inappropriate reactions to minor irritations, such as at work. People often say “ What is wrong with him / her?”, without expecting an answer.

There are other presentations of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome at other age groups.  There are some examples on the website and more on the Paill Spectrum CDs.  In every case, there are symptoms of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome present.  A simple blood test will confirm the presence of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome.

Release 5

New Disease Paill Spectrum affects Language in Children

Paill Spectrum in young children causes severe learning, attention, memory, and behavioural problems.  In an unlucky few with more extensive disease, it causes “short circuits” in the processing of “speech symbols”.  This gives rise to a condition that most people know as dyslexia.  There is a good summary of Paill Spectrum Dyslexia on the Web Site. Do the test suggested on the web site each few months, because PaillSpectrum Dyslexia develops acutely.

.

Prognosis Without Treatment

Untreated victims of Paill Spectrum have lifelong problems with language and speech.  The Paill Spectrum organism left untreated can cause immense suffering and disability, that children do not have to live with.  Dyslexic children become dyslexic adults. As an adult, they will often end up working in menial jobs throughout their life due to their poor linguistic skills.

Dyslexia is a very poorly identified and poorly managed learning problem in young children.  Many of these Paill Spectrum victims often undergo extensive auditory and Specialist assessments, with no useful result.  The lucky few may receive speech therapy, but many receive no treatment at all.  They become adults who cannot remember phone numbers without scrambling the sequence of numbers.  Many grow into adults who cannot spell and have severe problems with reading and writing.

Prognosis
Very Good with Treatment

.

This Paill Spectrum condition is easily identifiable using a simple clinical tests. The condition responds readily to Paill Spectrum treatment.  (ie Nutritional and Antibiotic therapies).

Behaviour Release

There is a new medical syndrome recognised by a Brisbane doctor.  The doctor has been in local private practice for about 20 years.  Dr Andrew Pluta believes the syndrome can be diagnosed by a simple blood test and is caused by an infectious organism. The new medical syndrome is called “Paill Spectrum.”

Some affected people can present with a “Road Rage” like appearance.  Symptoms include:

  • Anger, irritability, aggression, moodiness, and violence.

Other common associated symptoms are:

  • Memory loss: a common presentation of this is difficulty in remembering phone numbers.  Some become lost in shopping centres, with which they should be familiar.
  • Jitters and panics: brief attacks, often only lasting for seconds before disappearing completely.
The following diagram summarizes the basic symptoms of the Paill Spectrum Syndrome.  Not every patient will experience every symptom.  The behavioural disturbances are most prominent in people who have naturally “assertive” personalities.

In people who are naturally more sedate or cooperative, only “small” bursts of irritable behaviour may be found.  People who previously functioned at a high level, progressively and more frequently begin to make poor choices or judgements.  Again, memory loss as well as jitters and panics may feature.

Some less common but also distinctive features include symptoms such as:

  • Narrow-mindedness.  For example, if you are in a room alone with someone for half an hour and speak to them, they turn towards you and ask: Are you talking to me?  The behaviour often appears to be like a form of exasperating “stupidity” to people around them.
  • This is a follow up on my previous letter on the Paill Spectrum syndrome, focussing on its relevance to “case finding” of people who may be prone to violent or aggressive behaviour.  Dr Andrew Pluta believes the syndrome can be diagnosed by a simple blood test and is caused by an infectious organism. Then symptoms of Paill Spectrum are common, so “prospective” case finding needs to focus on the special characteristics of affected people.
  • Impulsive, aggressive, and aggressive behaviour are characteristic and will be readily identified by family members.  Unusual intense mood changes occur, often triggered by minor events.
The patients are as inclined to attack family members as strangers, so it is likely families will report the behaviour in the long term, if they expect that something can be done about the behaviour Affected people will “attack” friends quickly and will revert to normal treatment of friends just as easily.
  • They will pick fights with allies and friends even under critical circumstances.

  • These people often display lack of judgement or narrow mindedness, which will increase the likelihood of their involvement in criminal activities.  They will often go along with others, as they are genuinely unaware of the non-immediate consequences of their actions.

  • They are often easily distracted and forget easily
They may engage in criminal activities and may often show irritability, poor judgement, poor memory, easy distractibility, and impulsiveness.  Often commit violence against their families, forget this and are then surprised when the families are understandably careful I dealing with them again.
  • These patients may develop strange and intense ideas.  People around them say” I can’t understand why he/ she did that?”
These ideas reflect the predominant culture / thoughts of the individuals.  For example, if the environment of the person focuses on hatred of other people, they are much more likely than “normal” people to act on the impulses.

Other Symptoms of the Syndrome:

  • Easy bruising: usually seen as “dot” or fingertip bruises on the upper arms and legs.
  • They sleep a lot
  • Memory is poor: phone number recall testing reveals problems.  They may Get lost easily eg in shopping centres.
  • Concentration poor
  • Dyslexia: especially in those affected since childhood
  • Often tell you things you ask for, even when they should be more cautious in replying to the question.  People looking at them ask, “How can they be so stupid?”
  • Clumsy, Dizzy, deteriorating balance: They may fail a drunkenness test and be unable to walk a straight line.
  • They may often show spontaneous hyperexcitability with good news: eg jumping up and down over a happy event rather than indicating happiness in a more restrained fashion.
  • Behavioural problems often lead to Relationship Problems or Attachment Issues

Dr Andrew Pluta believes the syndrome is caused by an infectious organism and is contagious.

Often the caretakers of these people, begin to show some of the same behavioural quirks as their charges. Once a person has been affected for a long time, the only option may be long-term re-education out of the culture that developed their behaviour.  Strange as it may seem, locking someone in a room long- term with a TV set and non-violent TV programming, along with good basic nutrition can cause substantial improvement in target behaviours.

A final passing thought:
Do not trust someone with sweaty hands with dangerous weapons.

Instruction for G.P’s for:    Patients with Chronic Fatigue Seeking Treatment

    1.    Assess / Write Down Symptoms:

    • a.    Chronic fatigue
    • b.    Loss of balance or Dizziness
    • c.    Sweaty Hands
    • d.    Soreness:
      • i.      Elbows
      • ii.      Chest in sharp twinges here
      • iii.     Stomach
      • iv.      Pubic Bone

    • e.    Mood, Anger, Irritability
    • f.     Memory changes
    • g.    Short attacks of Jitters, shakes, anxiety
    • h.    Other:

It is important to map symptoms, as they are useful to map treatment response to Paill Spectrum Treatment. They also help with follow up of treatment progress.

    2.    A doctor then does these blood tests.

    a. E&LFTs:             Incr urate / Decr chol

    b. Serum B12: should be over 300 ng/ml    (220 nM )

    c.  RBC Folate: prefer over 250 mcg/ml   (570 uM )

    d.    Serum Zinc  (RBC Zinc can also be used): prefer over 16-17, but not too high (>25)

    e.    Antigliaden IgG and Antigliaden IgA:
normal is less than 20-25% of reference range: assess clinical response to dietf.

    f. Serum: IgG IgA IgM:
(Add these up and subtract one)
Normal IgG + IgA + IgM 1.0 <10.0 (GAM1),   Below this can still be unwellg.

    g. C3 and C4:
C3 esp. must be above reference range,
below 1000 implies acute tissue damage

    h. ANF: appears late after damage: usually low levels that disappear over months, similar for many other autoantibodies

These form a basic Paill Spectrum Blood Test assessment group.

    .

    3.    Basic Treatment is Over the Counter:

    a.     Multivitamins e.g. Centrum 50+: One daily

    b.     Gluten Free Diet: If Appropriate, Useful for even mildly allergic patients

    c.       Zinc 22mg elemental: a maximum of three months at 50mg daily. A blood test should be used to guide treatment after this time frame. Aim for a level of zinc in the mid to upper reference range at the completion of treatment.(Zinc is the icing on the cake. Don’t get too worried about it early).

    4.    Medications
Give a script for the antibiotic Minocycline for 60 Rpt 2:Non-PBS enough for three months.
    Check for tetracycline allergies.
Macrolides are also suitable: in particular Rulide for children.
Germ killing reactions are common: always call the patients in and assess them, but do not panic.

A Trial of “Wheat Free” Diet : Advice Sheet

One of your blood tests shows some Wheat Protein Allergy.
The wheat protein that you are allergic to is called gliaden or more commonly Gluten.
When this condition is BAD, it is called Celiac Disease.

    To Do A Dietary Test
If you go on the diet, you MUST have 100% commitment.
When you are allergic, most people tell you that even having a teaspoon of wheat per day will make you have symptoms for 1- 4 days..
You need to make your own decision whether the diet helps you. It is possible that it may not.

    Symptoms:

    1.   Gut symptoms: typically bloat, occasional diarrhea, wind, cramping. (Better in 1 week often)

    2.   Tired, weak, low exercise tolerance e.g. feel heavy if do a run/ jog. (Better in 2 weeks often)

    3.      Other symptoms can take up to two months to show some improvement. Notably mood and tiredness symptoms may take up to two months to improve.

I would prefer you try the diet for two months minimum.
You should always get symptoms back if you “bust” on your diet.

    .

    Avoid

    • Wheat
    • Rye
    • Barley

    ..

This means you are not allowed to eat:

    • Wheat or bran cereals,
    • bread ( except gluten free bread),
    • spaghetti,
    • pasta,
    • biscuits or pastries

    .

    You can eat

    • Any Fruits
    • Any Vegetables
    • Any dairy
    • Any meat, fish, chicken, poultry or egg

    • Cereals such as:
    • ...... Corn
    • ...... Rice, Rice Pasta is OK to eat
    • ...... Gluten free, low gluten may be OK once you have worked out that the diet makes a difference for you
    • ...... Oats: probably OK, but avoid in the short term  The more allergic you are the more careful you have to be. Mildly or moderately allergic people get away with some wheat. i.e. They often have no symptoms.
