Gamma Globulin 11 (RR 7-15): positive range for Paill Spectrum: a Gamma EPP of 10 or more or a GAM1 > 10.0 predicts that significant Paill Spectrum symptoms or complications are likely. (IgG+IgA+IgM-1.0 g/l= GAM1)

 

 

Serum Zinc 10 uM (RR 10-25): Poor: needs to be increased. A minimum target is for a level of at least 16-17. It will take many months of taking dietary supplements daily (zinc tablets) to increase the blood level to this extent.

 

 

Antigliaden IgA  <10 (RR 0-25): OK surprisingly

Antigliaden IgG  <10 (RR 0-46): OK surprisingly

Serum B12 923 ng/l (RR 220-1100): OK surprisingly

RBC Folate 374 mcg/l (RR 240-1484): OK surprisingly

 

 

E&LFTs

• Cholesterol 2.8 mM (RR 3.1-6.5)
• A moderately suspiciously low level. It could relate to illness of any sort or simply starvation. In third wave Paill Spectrum disorders with the development of insulin resistance, the cholesterol level typically increases.
