Case 6: Comments 4

She admits to not undertaking her gluten free diet and to not taking the multivitamin.

: A serious risk factor for Paill Spectrum symptoms onset or deterioration.

There are episodes of general anxiety.

She is treating her husband very poorly, (by her own description).

This is describing in ordinary terms the effect or irritability, anger and violence in a relationship.  Paill Spectrum commonly causes relationship break-ups.  The departing partner often describes their “ex”, as mad, but no one usually takes them seriously.  Bad behaviour is of course most obvious to the people who know us the best.  Female initiated violence tends to be hidden from public view a lot more, than male initiated issues of violence.  Men and women are both equally likely to present with violent, irritable, or angry behaviour, though men usually form the most extreme examples.

One of Dr. Pluta’s patients who had been in trouble with the police initially for his behaviour, had improved his behaviour substantially back to a pleasant normal level.  He stated as an aside that now it was his partner who hit him instead of the other way around, a situation that is not usually perceived as serious by the men involved.
