Note: the picture really tells the best story: a lot better since the Paill Spectrum treatment has been initiated.
This patient is particularly difficult to diagnose by the usual criteria. Though Paill Spectrum is suspected, there are very few symptoms of illness and essentially nothing to find on examination. The deterioration in blood tests probably that deteriorating nutrition has triggered this illness episode and relationship difficulties.
The initiation of Paill Spectrum treatment causes good symptom resolution.
