On examination:
Sore right elbow
Parasternal chest tenderness in three of four quadrants
Abdominal tenderness: two areas, and pubic tenderness
Faint unsteadiness on Romberg (Standing up with feet together and eyes closed).
Aha! When you really start looking, the child has definite Paill Spectrum physical symptoms. Treating these will show a reduction in number / amount and intensity of symptoms with treatment over several months.
