Crying herself to sleep

Arguing
The depression has progressed and there has been a failure to respond to the antidepressant. The patient now has more symptoms and more severe symptoms, with no relief from her misery when using a medication that she has found helpful in previous pregnancies.
It is a common observation that many patients who develop depression follow a relapsing chronic path of deterioration, and eventually experience a secondary failure where the doctor needs to add in different anti-depressant medicines.
