Celiac and even low-grade wheat allergy causes major problems in how the body works and fights infections such as
Paill Spectrum.

 The heavy grains (wheat is the densest grain nutritionally), compromise digestion as do all the above items. Milled flour quickly oxidizes and is a deadening food. It greatly contributes to obesity, stagnation, formation of mucous and congestion.

 These products can cause an allergic reaction OR compromise digestion. I am finding that many more children, particularly have   dairy intolerance, and that probability is that they may be allergic or sensitive to the grains also.
