Cheese Scones
Preheat oven 230 C
Margarine smear a baking tray
Beat the egg white until stiff, add in egg yolk and then beat further
Mix the flour, baking powder and cheese, and then add in milk while mixing until a smooth paste is formed
Add in the beaten eggs to this mix
Roll onto a flat surface
Place thick little dollops onto a margarine smeared baking tray
Cook in oven until beginning to turn golden brown
