- 3 cups of puffed rice
- 4 tablespoons of Psyllium
- 4 tablespoons of Sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons of Sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons of Linseeds
- 3 tablespoons of Soy Grits
- 3 tablespoons of Sultanas
- 3 tablespoons of Chopped Dried Papaya (Paw Paws in Australia)
- 3 tablespoons of shredded Coconut
- 3 tablespoons of Slivered Almonds
- Combine Ingredients

- Quite a bit of fat in this recipe courtesy of all the nuts, seeds and coconut.
- But probably lots of natural antioxidants also.
- GI rating probably good.
