Potato & Sweet Potato Wedges

 Preheat oven to 210 C
Prepare a baking dish by smearing with some of the olive
oil

Clean and peel vegetables as desired
Cut into wedges: thin
Place in baking dish
Brush the Veges with remainder of the oil
Mix the paprika, curry powder and herb / salt / pepper seasoning
Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the vegetable wedges

Stir well to cover the wedges with oil / seasoning mix
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes until the wedges are brown crunchy.  Turn them over during baking.

  • Good wholesome low fat, low GI, nutritious food. Basically a good meal.
  • Low protein, but in our society with our types of food intake, this is easily made up from other sources.
