The smell problems and suggestion of sinus or nasal problems is suspicious of a primary Paill Spectrum infection. This is occurring in association with first wave depression and anxiety symptoms. The previously mentioned obsession about the death of her father is a possible second wave symptom.
Note the irritability. This is an obvious and easily identifiable symptom: evident not only to the patient but also to the people around her. Treatment usually causes very noticeably regression in this symptom within a couple of weeks if antibiotic therapy is used.
