Light Headed Feelings or Dizziness: probably better relate to cardiovascular instability.  This may be relieved by the administration of oestrogen, but is probably not really an oestrogen deficiency symptom at all.  The symptom just correlates with oestrogen deficiency as it responds to oestrogen induced fluid retention.

Headaches, Sleeplessness or Altered Sleep Patterns, Irritability

Depression: the anxious jittery or sudden horrible sort is the most typical Paill Spectrum type of this illness.

Anxiety, Mood Changes

Pains predominantly in the tendons but also often affecting the shoulder muscles

Unusual tiredness

All these symptoms also probably correlate well with Paill Spectrum illness.  The conclusion that hormones change how the body work, and can change how people feel.  The real issue is what disease process is causing the symptoms.  Paill Spectrum also typically in a “third wave” patient will cause hormone system suppression, the most obvious example being the thyroid system.

These symptoms all respond to Paill Spectrum therapy.  They may in fact need both Paill Spectrum as well as hormonal therapy to make the biggest impact on the patient.  So the patterns of illness to some extent overlap and inter-relate: more so especially if Paill Spectrum causes hormone system suppression.
