This CD "Book" is written for any audience: both the general public or medical personnel. It includes a "basic" description of the PaillSpectrum Syndrome. It describes how a doctor may assess patients with chronic fatigue, which blood tests may be done and how patients with chronic fatigue may be managed.
It describes a range of medical conditions that in their own right may cause symptoms of chronic fatigue.
It introduces the brain syndromes, that the Paill Spectrum model predicts may be associated with PaillSpectrum infection.
It concludes with the author's musing about life on earth with and without Paill Spectrum, and a plan for our future without PaillSpectrum. Order CD !

There is another CD Book with much more specific medical detail called
"Closing the Circle: Diagnostic and Treatment Manual", *:-] also planned for release in early 2008.

This CD "Book" is written for the person who wishes to obtain more detailed knowledge of the PaillSpectrum Syndrome. There are detailed descriptions of all the symptoms and signs. There is an in depth assessment of treatment strategies.
This CD is predominately intended as an adjunct to the
"Closing the Circle: The PaillSpectrum Story" CD, but is a standalone book in its own right. Order CD !
The CD allows people to assess Paill Spectrum symptoms to a "medical" level. That is it allows people to decide when a symptom is a PaillSpectrum symptom and when it is not.

Disclaimer On the Paill Spectrum Model
The Paill Spectrum model fits in well with currently known and accepted medical opinion. The Paill Spectrum disease model pioneered by Dr. Andrew Xxxxx explains a great deal about how many idiopathic (cause unknown) medical conditions and events occur in the world we know. The model allows a number of predictions to be made regarding symptoms, prognosis, treatment and long term progression of many illnesses existing today.

The conclusions arising from the Paill Spectrum model of disease as pioneered by Dr. Xxxxx, implies that the causation of many medical conditions varies substantially from current medical thinking in the medical profession. Many doctors would not even accept that there may be gaps in our current knowledge of the physical world. Still, ask a doctor: Why did this happen to me?” “What causes this?”. The answer will very often be: As a doctor, I do not know!” Alternatively, you may hear "It's just a virus".

Doctors may feel that the theory of Paill Spectrum is wrong, because things just happen to make people ill. There is no cause. There is no explanation. These events occur at random, Acts of God, if you will.

Dr. Xxxxx's stance is strangely at odds with these statements. Dr. Xxxxx states that everything happens for a reason. For every physical or psychological event where there is a change in human behaviour or where there are new symptoms, there is a physical (real) event occurring to cause the illness, event or symptoms. A simple law of “cause and effect”. There are no illnesses that just "happen"

The model has been seen to work well in standard medical practice, according to Dr. Xxxxx. Even if only the most rudimentary of treatment interventions are used, they can give unusually good results, if the Paill Spectrum model is followed.

To obtain restricted medical treatment, you will need to see your own doctor. Paill Spectrum is a new medical syndrome, whose identification has only recently been pioneered by Dr. Andrew Xxxxx. The knowledge of the condition is currently being promoted to the medical profession , but it will be some time before the Paill Spectrum model becomes more widely accepted. :-|
