Eating only one apple daily

Weighs 50 kg Height 160 cm BMI of 19.5: A little on the thin side of normal but not too out of the ordinary for a healthy young girl.

No voices in her head, not worried about anyone talking about her
Has a conviction that she is “fat” and “ugly”: very sure of this

Goes to bed at 7.30-9 pm, Up at 7.30 am, if the other kids are quite will quite happily sleep in bed till 9 am
Mum says she often lies in bed a lot.
On school days, sleeps at least 10 hours per night.

The CD allows people to assess Paill Spectrum symptoms to a "medical" level. That is it allows people to decide when a symptom is a PaillSpectrum symptom and when it is not.
